The first time I used this service and my last, I get to the facility about 25 minutes prior to my pick up time, it took to the person who was at the desk about 1/2 hour to assist me apparently he was busy with another person. But no even a “hi take seat I will assist you in some time” after all that time my truck wasn’t able duet up the previous renter was running late so from 9:30 pick up time I get the keys at 10:20 after maybe the manager came and help me out,

Not Worrells fault but they did not have enough blankets to give me per my request. They gave me what they had but it did cause them a lot of time and frustration because they had to void out my reservation and complete a new one. As a positive note, they were extremely helpful getting me all hooked up and I had absolutely no issues with the trailer.
