Windshield had several chips in the windshield. My original pick up point moved to this one and the person who called didnt change my time like i asked so when i got there it was considered a late pick up and the app doesn’t tell you that you have to call to reset the virtual pick up. It only tells you before to make sure you pick it up within and hour, but previous location was in store, so never saw that message. Took 45minutes to pick up the truck. Might not be locations fault, but whomever called and changed my location made the experience very negative.
