The Location rating is generous, but my honest appeal to the location was to support the personnel who is running the establishment. The personnel was extremely helpful, kind and very welcoming. The Location was also very convenient where I would to drop off the equipment, it is where I have residency in the local place. And quite apparently, it is hotspot for the U-Haul Business Industry. Overall Excellent Experience. :)

Bhoomita DThe auto return did not work and we were on the phone with your help center for over 30 minutes and even then we weren't sure it would be returned properly. Not very impressed with this. Everyone was aware that we would be returning the trailer to a location that no one would be there. The self return didn't work.
