Pleasant to deal with
JOSEPH CI had a great experience renting a 9' cargo van from this U-Haul location on Baseline in Keswick. I had pre-booked online, and the young gentleman at the counter was ready for me right away. He was kind, efficient, and very helpful. He got us on the road quickly with no hassle. The van itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a full tank of gas, which I really appreciated. The drop-off process was just as easy and seamless. Overall, a smooth and stress-free experience. I would definitely recommend this location and wouldn’t hesitate to rent from here again. 5 stars!
JUDITH BHaving booked online for a no contact rental pickup, I get to the location to pickup the van at the contracted time, turns out that location does not offer that service. Had to wait an hour for it to open. Other than that. Excellent experience.
