Somebody came out right away
CARLO BVirtually NO SIGNAGE - in a large, shared warehouse space. There is an Iron works and a moving company with signs for their businesses No indication of where to leave truck - I met a fellow renter and neither one of could find the drop box. So we left our trucks on the southside of the building since there was one other UHAul truck parked along the fence line. Called the number on the rental agreement no one answered - no directions on the voicemail about where to leave trucks. Finally after walking around a large industrial site we found a small drop box on the North side of the buildings with the smallest UHAUL sticker I have ever seen. No signs on walls or locked office doors You can do better for your customers. Todd

MICHAEL BThe trucks and the box for keys should be on the same side of the building, not opposite sides. It's also incredibly difficult to figure out where the office is. Signage is bad. But on the plus side, you can pick up the truck when they're closed.
