The young man working there was the rudest person I have met in my 75 years. Tried to explain the computer problems when I left, but he said so, you owe for 4 extra miles. It wasn't the $4.76 cents. When I said I will not pay it, he said your debit card already did and threw a copy of the receipt on the desk and walked out of the building. Called Corporate and they said they would have the Regional Manager call, but never did. So different than when I got the truck.
NICOLE SThe attic part of the uhaul we had leaked ruining all my books and pictures! I lost them all. All my boxes were wet and falling apart making it very difficult to unload.
