I rented a 5X9 open trailer and was charged for 5 days and told if I returned it earlier I would be refunded the difference. I had it 2 days and was NOT refunded anything. $518 for a 2 day rental.

MICHAEL SThere was feces in the back of the truck and a broken mirror. When I went back to tell them the door was locked (it was closing time) and no one answered when I knocked. (They had just locked the door. There wasn’t enough signal on my phone to make a call.
