I reserved a truck for June 13. When I arrived at the pickup location listed on my reservation, I was informed that the truck was not there. I later realized that I had received an email notifying me of a change in pickup location, but unfortunately I did not see it in time. An employee directed me to the correct location, but when I arrived, the facility was closed. The truck was there, but the key and the dolly I had reserved were not available, so I was unable to pick up the vehicle. I contacted customer service, and after some time they were able to find another truck for me at a different location that was a bit farther away. I appreciate the customer service representative’s efforts to resolve the issue, and I was ultimately able to complete my move. However, the entire situation cost me about an hour and a half while I tried to figure out what was happening with my reservation and traveled between locations. While the issue was eventually resolved, the experience was frustrating and caused a significant delay to my plans.
