Noel BThey didn’t have anything other than the truck, it took an hour for me to go to another location to get the other equipment I rented. I signed up for contactless key pick up and I ended up having to wait an hour till the business opened to get my keys for the vehicle cause they didn’t have a piece of equipment I ordered. Major delay to my moving process. Customer support couldn’t help me, and I still had to wait for the business to open. Yall need to add an option to remove equipment from the app if it’s not available so you can still grab keys in contactless key pick up. My problem is not the location but the app and system.
