The attendant failed to add my truck driver to the contract. I clearly stated that my son is always my truck driver, and handed the attendant my son's driver's license, yet my son was not added to the contract. Thank goodness the debacle was corrected when we retrieved the trailer that we had agreed to drop off at our location, as a courtesy to UHaul.
