Check them and clean them out when customers are done using them
MARY Estaff didn't understand the importance of the safety instructions and procedures, staff read or repeated them like a robot, staff didn't check if the lights worked on the trailer, staff didn't verify crossing of cables since they were coiled cables that you couldn't tell by visual inspection, all this increases the potential liability for uhaul if the renter didn't follow the required safety protocols i will not use uhaul again if i need to pick up from this location and also preparing to purchase my own trailer to avoid the possibility of this ever happening
