The charged me for another day because I was 15 min late. I called ahead and mentioned the traffic. Not to mention I had to wait in line because it was a grocery store and they only had 1 employee working.
Juan CI have no receipt for the return. The lady I turned the key in to said I would get it via email, but I have yet to see it.
Cynthia HStore owner said she doesn’t touch the trailers. That was the first thing out of her Mouth, when I asked if anyone else was around to help.. Had no help available to hook up. I knew how and did it on my own by if my wife, who had the initial reservation, would not have been able to handle e the hook up. Dealer knew little about the trailer, said she didn’t know what ball size it needed. Dealer had trouble using the pad to log in. Whole process took over 30 minutes to log in. We changed the reservation to my name. Dealer charged me an additional $50. Perhaps a hold. I was not aware there was an extra charge or hold, she said the money would come back. A hand truck was reserved but not available. Dealer did provide a dozen blankets as requested and then informed me that the hand truck used to move them was hers and not for rent.
ROBERT Ptrailer wasn't swept out by previous user, customer service took a picture of the connection but did not verify proper connection of cables, fortunately i use trailers regularly that i know the proper connection, many others that use U-haul do not, only used this location because original pickup location didn't have reserved equipment available
