had problems with your software - to - my phone; staff was of NO help. Wasted over 1/2 hour, finially reached assistance on MY phone. Staff did not attempt to get help. Trailer was not in great shape, worked, but prior damage on left fender, was difficult to lower and raise

Christina OThe truck was immaculate. The pickup and dropoff process were as expected, and the location was clean and safe. The reservation experience was horrible. I reserved a 20-foot truck online a week in advance at the closest location to my home, and received a confirmation email. Two days before pickup (and over a holiday) I received another text confirmation--this time for a smaller truck at a location much further from my home. I spent some time on the day of the pickup trying to correct the problem, only to learn that the size truck I had reserved is not even available in my region. With no time left to find another truck rental company I was stuck with the smaller truck and less convenient pickup location. The moving experience was much harder as a result. Next time I will find another rental company if available.
