Customer service was great but the truck was nasty chick fa la cup on dash board and you can tell the drink was splattered all over the dashboard and window and everything was dirty if I get sick I know I got it from the germs in there

The truck was clean but did not drive well at all. There was a significant shake/vibration in the front end. I was close to turning around and bringing it back to switch to a different truck, but decided to just deal with it given it was a relatively short move. The staff and customer service were very good. Somehow my rental got canceled, even though I made it the day before. But the situation was quickly remedied and I was on my way with the truck I had reserved.

PATRICK DNothing really, I had no issues, it was great. The only thing that bothered me a little was the driver side sun visor wasn't there. Which didn't effect me driving at all, just hard to see when I was pulling in at home with the sun blaring into my eyes.
