The location was closed, despite the website saying it was open. It was a nightmare to complete online check in and checkout. Had already locked the truck when we realized we needed photos. The dolly we ordered was not in the truck and we have never received a refund for this, despite telling multiple staff/agents and online. We will likely use another company for any further moving needs.
