Charged me for two days rental when it was only one because the guy put my rental for 6 hours when I told him I would be much longer than that. I also wanted $15 insurance and was charged for the $30 option. Ridiculous

Bryan WDid not have interaction with individual. Was just a drop off location. Easy to access and drop off trailer.
