Very disappointed in U-Haul. I made a reservation to pick up a trailer. I show up do the paper work they say it’s out back gp hook it up and I’ll come take pics. I go out and there steel belts sticking out of the tire . 20 mins later they find me another one to rent then they say o sorry that in town only them find another one I drive 10 miles down the road I get there the guy has to use a big breaker bar to get the Jack to go up get that one take to location to load vehicles and notice that one needs a tire to . Call U-Haul and have to wait for some o e to come change the tire ( the guy that came was supper noce ). But now by this time im 2-3 hours behind schedule on the way home I notice the brakes are not working or hardly work . When I go to return it the one wheel sounds like the bearings are going bad . Just totally unhappy with my experience . It cost me 400.00 to rent the trailer that I feel that was way to much for the hassles I had . I hope some one reads this and gets back to me

When I picked up the truck, the fuel level was below 1/4 tank. However, I was later told it was over 1/4 tank, which is not accurate. When I returned the vehicle, I made sure to refill it to the same level it had at pickup. Despite this, I was charged additional fees due to what appears to be an incorrect fuel reading on your end. I attempted to resolve this issue, but I did not receive a follow-up or call back, which I would have expected as a courtesy. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and the charge corrected. Please let me know how we can resolve this. Thank you for your time.

Ended up having to pay 375 EXTRA dollars bc we were never told that if we drop the U-Haul off at another location in the same county we would be charged. Biggest scam I’ve ever heard of!CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT
