My U-Haul truck was blocked in by another vehicle at this location and I had to wait around in the freezing cold to find a solution. The business was closed so there was nobody there to help move the obstructing vehicle. U-Haul needs to ensure that their vehicles are not blocked or obstructed.

ILLYA MMy key was is the wrong lock box and it took 35 minutes to navigate the problem. I kept taking pictures of the truck and the app was not saving them because I had the wrong key. Too many questions on the app in my opinion and I never made it to the part where I filled in the mileage and the gas. much too complicated even for the most avid techies
