Overall I have nothing but positive things to say about this experience. Although it was a little rough to start because the agents pos for U-Haul was not working or set up properly they were very accommodating and we got the deposit paid. Customer service was a 10/10 the only negative thing I would have to say is that the truck was not swept out from the previous renter and the agent did not take the time to do a walk around the truck with me. Otherwise it was an excellent experience far better than the last time I rented with U-Haul and would 100% rent from this location again. For a new agent they did excellent!
