Millhaven staff was excellent!
Ted PWe had to switch to a larger trailer the morning of our reservation and U haul was able to accommodate us without any penalty or concern. Moving is stressful enough and U haul was not . They were truly kind and helpful.

Trisha NDrop-off was fine. Office hours said 8am-8pm. I arrived around 4:30pm. No one was there and when I called their help number they informed me they were closed. Completed the return process in the App. All good.
