Called location at leased 10 times if not more. Turned in trailer 8 days ago and have not talk to this location about my deposit no one will answer the phone. I will never rent from U-Hal again

William HWent to drop off UHAUL trailer July 19 2026 and no body there to help assist. The number I called that was provided for drop off location was not a valid working number. Called the UHAUL help phone number and was instructed to leave it there and to take pictures. I am now waiting on a email to confirm the trailer was dropped off.
Frank TThis service was convenient as it helped us throughout the moving process. Other than that, the drivers cab was unsanitary, gas level was barely at a quarter when we picked it up, and the charges were ridiculous. The rental rate was $40 for a 12 hour time slot, yet somehow we paid $100 upon arrival and were charged an additional $95 several days later. The total trip was 30 miles. If you do choose this service as a last resort…. pay close attention to your itemized receipt.
