Cheryl answered all my questions I had when I called about renting a u-haul. I have never had to rent a u-haul before she made the experience the absolute best. If I ever have to rent a u-haul again I would be back to see Cheryl!!

Nothhing...the two young ladies are very knowledgeable, polite and helpful.
JACQUELINE CI did not drop off in Kinston, NC. I dropped off in Southards Storage LLC Wichita, KS. I was a little disappointed, after renting the trailer for a week, they charged me for a full day when I was only little over an hour past my pick-up time.
