The vehicle we were loaned was probably the worst truck I've rented. It had terrible performance, SLOW, shuddered under throttle, steering was loose, and transmission slammed into reverse. It got only 7 mpg (the last 26 foot truck did better and ran well). We reserved a 26 foot truck, but none was available, so I took a 20 foot truck instead. I had to make 2 trips. UHaul DID honor their $50 guarantee. The shop manager explained my options and he was correct. Wherever that truck is, it should be serviced. I would do business with the shop again.
