Julio BShe did not have a clue. I take my trucks back to the same place usually called Senrtry storage I even gave her the address but she still couldn't find it. We then agreed to take it back to a lication which I have used before on Darlington road in Holiday. I returned the truck the same day. I then started getting phone calls and emails stating I never returned the truck. Now my bank account got hit with late fees. This is the 6th straight time I've had issues with uhaul.....I guess I'm the stupid one because I kept giving you 2nd chances well in this case 6th chance. I will be contacting the BBB to issue a formal complaint.
