Pre-rental is a little bit of a process… I never had to take pictures of all the angles of a tental on my phone.. I don’t feel that this should be the job of a customer that is renting an equipment. It should be the job of the person you are renting it from.

The equipment was great, the fella I interacted with when I returned the vehicle was so gracious and pleasant to deal with. My only "gripe" is if it is a night pickup, there are no outside lights around the property making things very hard to navigate or for the pictures for mobile pick up.

anmoldeep sThe only thing that was disappointing was the direction of the trailer when I picked it up. It was placed so I would have to back it out onto a very busy street. Parking area is too small for turn arounds if cars are at the convenience store.
