Very much the best service. Genuinely they go way above normal, came out and hooked up the trailer. When I got back he must have seen me pull-in on camera, he actually locked his store (that he was manning solo at the time) so he could run out and disconnect the trailer for me. Seriously amazing customer service! The entire family that runs this store is exceptional in the friendly way that they deal with you and make it an experience you wouldn’t expect from a u-haul rental place. Also, when you get your rental here remember it’s a licensed variety store with a big selection of chilled alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages and snacks. These guys deserve your business!

Question 2. While I assume the vehicle was "well maintained" mechanically, the vehicle was dirty inside and the vent louvers were broken. I also made note that the padlock provided for the cargo door did not work/function. Nonetheless, the vehicle worked well for my purpose of moving, and the staff at the location I rented from were friendly and easy to deal with. Thank you!
