We had just put in $30 to top up the gas and because the drop off location was not verbally confirmed with us and we had to take the truck to a second drop off location the guy said the gas was not enough so we.were.charged extra.
DENNIS SWorst service I've ever received. First the breaks were pulsing. Then I was quotes 1.09 a mile then was charger 1.92 per mile. Very unhappy. Feel ripped off. Never renting again
GREG CThe lady that helped me listened to my story and ensured I was not over charged for the vehicle as it was not inspected prior to being given to me and had be previously used by another customer minutes before me. She looked at the photos I took and ensured all is well.
Kathrine RInformation on website is not complete. I learned it while at the pick up facility that there would be additional 50 dollars if truck is returned after the 6 hours since the start time .you cam better manage your plans if complete information is available in advance.
