You need to pay more attention to detail. The lock combination was not provided, necessitating a call to customer support. The utility dolly I requested was not there. Neither were the furniture blankets, which, by the way, I did not request - I just figured they would be there since I was charged for them. Also, I was not given a 10' moving truck - I was given the 10' box truck. I was told these are "the same", but there was no loading ramp. If they are indeed "the same", then charge me the cheaper box truck rate since that's what you gave me. All of these are small details, but they contributed in making my move way harder than it should've been. I got a late start because I had to drive extra distance (the pickup location was changed to a much farther location) and I spent a bunch of time checking in and waiting on hold to get the combination for the truck. Then everything was so much harder without the dolly, but since my pickup location was changed, picking it up would make me lose an hour and a half that I didn't have because I got a late start - also, it would add 60 miles to the mileage. This was just an absolute mess. It seems like you dropped the ball every step of the way. You did the bare minimum, which was just having a truck there.

I booked online for a contactless pick up and followed all the instructions. I was told to enter the store, 'skip the line' and collect my keys. My keys were't there so I had to wait in line. When I got to the associate and showed her my instructions on the App she said that the keys were in the truck. I walked across the parking lot to find the truck locked. I walked back across the parking lot to let them know. We both walked back across the parking lot and she had to unlock a combination lock to open the roll door to retrieve the keys. She started to explain to me that the truck was a 'rotational' truck and needed to be back in less than 2 hours even though the rental I paid for was for 4 hours. She continued to explain what the 'rotational' truck was and I said 'I'm sorry, I don't really care about that, I just need the keys and will be back as quickly as I can'. She said that I disrespected her and that 'no one will speak to me like a child'. I asked if she felt disrespected by me and she said yes. I told her I was just following the guidance from the App and our situation was MUCH different than proposed online. The exchange took nearly 45 minutes. Not the efficient, contactless experience I was promised. I probably won't use this service again.
