Location was convenient to my address, but still not a U-Haul dealer. No one was there when I got there, no Internet at all to download and check in the truck.

JERRY KI was unexpectedly charged an additional $6 upon returning the truck, despite refueling it to over half a tank. When I received the vehicle, it only had about a quarter tank of gas, and I spent $175 to refuel it during my use. The truck was driven strictly to the destination listed on my estimate and nowhere else, so being charged extra fees on top of that is disappointing and doesn’t feel justified.
