Drop off location should be more specific in the app had to park behind the mattress company not in the front it would have been helpful if it said that for the directions to the drop off place

CHARRON HThe was a very poor selection for returning a U-haul. It was located in the back of a small shopping center, and felt super unsafe. Going past dumpsters that smelled terrible. It was super uncomfortable and unsafe to be back there. This is a terrible place to represent U-Haul.
