The guy that worked there was nice but it is a super sketchy location. There was an abandoned grocery store and the location was around the corner from that but it was still inside the same building and there are a lot of random displays for different businesses inside the uhaul location so there are a lot of things happening in that tiny space. The truck was in not the best condition. It didn't have a full tank of gas either.

Did not receive any written rental contract. Only what was in the app….. when we returned it in Appleton Wisconsin. That facility was very surprised that there was no written rental contract.
