Clean your vehicles before giving it to another customers. Don’t overcharge someone just because you can. If you want your customers to fill up the tank to the point you want it you need to make sure it’s that full when giving it to someone. Also be accurate with the mileage because we got over charged for miles we know wasn’t used due to the distance we used during the move we had. Also had a bad experience dropping the truck back off with the rude staff.

I returned the trailer to the address provided on my text number, as shown above. When I entered to parking lot there were several trailers and a Uhaul truck parked on the property. I failed to see any "BF Car Care" business, but I did observe business named "Rocket Market". Since there were no obvious signs for returning equipment I entered the market where a eldery gental man was behind the counter. When I asked about returning the trailer, he appeared to be annoyed and directed me to a sign outside. In a window, in a small adjactant office, was a handwritten phone number, stating to call this number if a Uhaul is needed. I contacted the phone but it went directly into voicemail, where I left a message, advising whom ever, I had a trailer to return. After waiting approximately 15 minutes for a return call, I called again, again no return call. I could no longer wait for any assistance so I finally did the self check-in, scanning the small bar code and followed the directions on the website. I removed the security chains and electrical contact. I completed the on-line self check by taking the appropriate picture, submitting the information and left. It has been almost 45 minutes since I returned the trailer and I have yet to receive any return calls from BFs Car Care.

Mike HThe guy that worked there was nice but it is a super sketchy location. There was an abandoned grocery store and the location was around the corner from that but it was still inside the same building and there are a lot of random displays for different businesses inside the uhaul location so there are a lot of things happening in that tiny space. The truck was in not the best condition. It didn't have a full tank of gas either.
