It took an hour to check in and get the equipment due to persistently slow U-Haul computer system that kept kicking the agent out and having to start all over again. This delayed everyone waiting with reservations. My original site for pickup got cancelled and then I was rerouted to a site that was 40 minutes away from where I was based.
