Nobody was at the location for pick up so had to call U-Haul customer service and it took over a hour to get code to get key out of key box. Very frustrating!

I have to reach out to U-Haul to provide a discount due to the maintenance and cleanliness of the vehicle. This vehicle is a severe safety hazard and should NOT be rented until fully/deeply inspected.
Jada JI did an after hours drop off, so I did not interact with any of the personnel.
Wayne ECommunicate better on about how to do the mobile check in. I called the day before and asked how to start the mobile check in and I was told they would send me a link but it wouldn't work until I pick up the truck. That was not the case. I had to download the uhaul app, log in and then I could go through the steps. This is after talking to the third person, all the while sitting in the parking lot next to the truck. Now the third person I talked to was very helpful. Just communicate better so it's not frustrating for the customer.
