When I was there at the reserved time to pick up the truck, it might be snow to cause heavy traffic, so nobody there.I called the contact number but nobody answered, this really scared me. But after about 15-20 minutes, they came. If they could set to pick up the phone call and answer customer, it would be better. Another one, all contract and invoice are in French, I would have an English version. Thank you!
