My pickup location told me I would be credited for the fuel I had to put in truck since it was on empty upon pickup but even after calling U-Haul I still haven’t been given fuel credit. The guy working had no idea how to issue fuel credit. I was also charged an increase of mileage due to this location not being open then traveling to another U-Haul location that didn’t exist. Ridiculous if you ask me.

The business was very run down, no one was there for 10-15 minutes while I wandered around. Trailer was full of concrete debris and liquids.
