Upon arrival to pick up the rental, I stood in the lobby for 10 minutes and no one came to assist me. I then went outside and called the business then someone came to assist me. Upon returning the equipment, I stood in the lobby for 15 minutes and no one came out to assist me again. I called the business number again and I could hear the owner in a back room advising me what needed to be done and was advised he would check in the equipment when he gets a chance. I know he was not alone because one of his employees was receiving her food as I was parking the vehicle. I think this site needs to be relooked at and not service Uhual customers. I say that because upon my arrival to pick up the vehicle, there was another person's contact on the desk in plain site with no one sitting at the desk. Upon my return of the vehicle, there was another person's contract sitting on the desk with a key to another vehicle as well and again no one was sitting at the desk.

This location was great and more convenient for me to pick up from. However I did not get a call of the change and traveled to the original location first. And then had to come back to this location. I needed that confirmation phone call the day before. AND Since I hadn’t gotten the call I called the National 24 hr line to confirm myself. And I was not informed of a change. Please do better.
Lance HIt was over the holidays, so I did not have direct in person contact with anyone. I dropped the vehicle off and placed the key in the drop box. However, the vehicle was successfully checked in upon the their return.

Roger MI rented a 4’x8’ enclosed trailer. When I unloaded it, I found that rain had gotten in and damaged some items. When I called the location I rented from to ask about a claim, both people o spoke to were less than helpful. I rented from here to support a small business, but that will be the last time I do business with that location. Would not recommend.
