The manager was a patient, helpful guy. I came in a couple days early to figure things out for the weekend move. He helped me with reservation of the truck and it turned out to be critical as there was a flush of calls for 15-footers Saturday morning. This was more than a rental truck, it was the the only means for a new family to get their goods to a new apartment. Excellent job!
