SAMMIE NI called the day prior to my rental turn in and the manager here was very helpful and told me exact;y how to do an early drop off! Very convenient location to me. He even returned my voice message to confirm the rental had been checked in and all was good. Nothing to do with drop off location, but overall, I much prefer to talk directly with people to get a full understanding of the process, especially dealing with multiple logistics issues.
