I wasn't impressed by the owner sitting inside the building smoking. But being a Sunday and working on his own vehicle it was slightly more tolerable. The person actually helping with the rental was extremely helpful and friendly. I didn't do a pre-rental signoff because I wasn't going to be driving the vehicle and I saw that we were going to need pictures of drivers licenses so I waited until we went in to pick up the truck. What makes me NOT want to use U-Haul again was the checkout process. We were there for almost an hour because the app kept lagging out or crashing when trying to get pictures of the licenses. The attendant even sent us links via text and it froze my brother's phone to where he had close all his apps then re-use the link just to take pictures
