Could barely move the ratchet strap tie down due to rust / corrosion, not the kind of issue a customer should have to deal with/find out about when loading a vehicle from the shoulder of a busy highway. Paid for 2 days of rental just in case, only needed it for one, still charged for 2 days even though it was brought back in time for a one day rental but U-Haul system wouldn't allow for a refund change to be made. Staff was friendly, helpful and would go back to Ringleys again.
DARREN MAgent was great , on both ends ( pick up and drop off) truck was in rough shape. I am displeased with having to go to a pickup site that was further away than the original site I made reservations at and was called less than 24 hours before pickup , already had hotel reservations at the original site so I felt that U-Haul wasted both my time and money because of the added distance to pickup and it was to late to change anything so I feel I was Thames advantage of ( U-Haul had me over a barrel) so not happy with your process or my experience.
