Agent was great , on both ends ( pick up and drop off) truck was in rough shape. I am displeased with having to go to a pickup site that was further away than the original site I made reservations at and was called less than 24 hours before pickup , already had hotel reservations at the original site so I felt that U-Haul wasted both my time and money because of the added distance to pickup and it was to late to change anything so I feel I was Thames advantage of ( U-Haul had me over a barrel) so not happy with your process or my experience.
