CHRISTOPHER CI was overcharged by $500 for allegedly 500 additional miles. This is an impossibility that I drove 500 miles above the allotted 235 miles for a total of 700 plus miles. When I obtained the vehicle nobody notated the begin mileage with a picture, nor was I instructed to document the mileage. At the drop off I was instructed to use the self check in app
