It’s the App that need to be fixed. Why would it let me reserve equipment in a town more than 600 miles away, and then notify me the night before that my equipment can be picked up in a different city 48 miles away? Later fixed, but now picking up 24 hours later at two different locations in town? Oh yeah, then on my drop off in my destination city, the app told me where to drop off. Then I was called by UHaul asking me if I was returning the equipment an hour after I dropped it off. Fix your App UHaul, or go back to phone reservations and get out of the App game all together.
