I had to call the person to get him to come to the drop off point. When he showed up, he accused me of stealing something from him, he never said who he was and he wouldn't check the trailer in. Then he tried to take the trailer away. When I held him up and asked him what he was doing he called the police, 3 cars and 6 officers showed up and ejected me for trespassing. This person must have a serious mental problem. I can't believe U-Haul would subject their customers to this person.
Aaron GVery helpful, patient and accommodating when I needed to extend the rental at the last minute. The truck was clean and ran great.Owner made my chaotic situation less overwhelming.
