This location was a mess! They opened late. They did not speak enough English to understand the process. The gas station was broken down. Two of the four pumps were burnt and laying in pieces. The two that worked were so broken down they don’t take card payments. Bars on all the windows. I did not feel safe with my daughter there dropping me off at 7am. Will never go to that location again

The staff member working there was not trained on the U-Haul system so it took some extra time. However, they were courteous and kind. The cell phone service was low (possibly a problem with Verizon); so it took extra time to check in online.
Sue BDropoff location was dirty and in a bad area. but staff was helpful during drop-off, which was late in the evening.
