PEDRO MI was charged for an extra day when I had the truck back on time. The girl working the location didnt want to check me in when i returned the truck, she said she would get to it later. So she checked the truck in over an hour later which then charged me for another day. This location had bad reviews on google before i rented and i should have listened and went elsewhere.
LUCAS LSmall office so doesn't always answer phone and limited equipment. But staff are amazing and go above and beyond.
