SHERRI MI am not happy with the billing side of this transaction. UHaul Double dipped -charged my account twice (it looks like) THEN deducted the wrong amount from my account. NOT the proper amount which should have been 513.59. They deducted the original amount of HOLD, 745.98 and then deducted 513.59 THE CORRECT AMOUNT due at time of return BUT then it looks like in my bank account they credited me back 513.59 AND kept the higher amount of 745.98 WHICH IS WRONG. I will likely not do business with uHaul in the future if I do not get immediate resolution of this issue. Who is at fault? Uhaul database program OR the staff at the facility?

Bernadette DIt was okay we live in a very rural area and it felt like I may not have been dropping the truck off at the right place the online app walked me through it and when I was done some not very pleasant lady came up and took the key from me.
