I was greeted with an experience that indicated all the time spent online making the reservation actually meant nothing at the counter. The configuration I made the reservation on (several times while working out logistics) was not permitted by the software at the counter, all the while the unfriendly rep insisted they used the same software. We eventually had to find a workaround, but I did get my rental. There was no discussion about how to return the trailer, where or how to park etc in the very limited space parking lot provided. And, only one auto towing trailer in our county, which meant a lot of extra coordinating with my needs and access to the vehicle. Not to impressed, but the price was fair.
