There seems to be some miscommunication between the info on the app and what the actual rental procedure is at this location. The equipment was in good working order and the staff at the shop was very helpful when I ran into issues, but further problems could be prevented with some updates to the info on the app. The problem I ran into was: while renting my truck online (via web browser), there was an option to check in in person, which I selected in the interest of time. When I went to check in inside, they told me that they don't actually do in person check in and I needed to download and use the app. Once I was checked in on the app, it told me to go inside to get keys to the truck. They didn't have the keys inside; instead, keys were locked into the truck's cargo area, and they informed me that I should have received the code to the combo lock on the back of the truck from the app, which I didn't have. Fortunately, they were able to resolve the issue on the phone, but it took some time to get worked out. It's possible this issue was due to having selected in person check in and everything would have been fine if I'd selected self check in, but would be smoother for everyone for future rentals if the online process didn't offer it in the first place/ if check in procedure was updated to reflect the current situation.

I’d worry less about the locations and much more on the terrible app experience. It is glitchy, fails to load, makes details hard to understand (like the 30 dollars of gas that wasn’t clearly mentioned until the end process), and overall challenging and laborious process of checking in on the app.
Curtis OIt took us half an hour to do the online check in. It asked for duplicate information from making the reservation, and was a significant wait to get verified. It was wildly inconvenient and took forever. Also the entire truck was covered in snow and ice, and no snow brush was provided. Absolutely atrocious experience, 0/10 recommend.

Leslie PMake sure the vehicle doesn't have any mechanical issues and has a good working battery upon pick up, I had to jump it to start it, and that was not the only time I had to jump it, boyfriend almost lost his job( 3 hours late getting to work) having to wait for a tech to come and check the vehicle and when arrived was told that the battery was no good and should not have been given said vehicle to rent. Very inconvenient.
