Very unprofessional there were dogs running around with no leash they didn't have the key on site it was horrible.

Location wasn't open, had to call the personnel the next day (no Dropbox even though we were told they'd have one) and they'd only take it when we told them we spoke with uhaul over the phone. This was after we had to switch locations because the first drop off location was closed on the scheduled drop-off day. Personnel were nice when they showed up though. Do not recommend drop off in Lancaster, California.
