the order intake was not done correctly. they made the drop off a different location when I specifically told them i'd be returning there. I even said I'm leaving my car behind and willl pick it back when I returnt he track later that day. then when I unknowingly returned it to the same location, the app did not give clear instructions to me that I was expected to be somewhere else, itstead it just said park in a safe place and drop the keys off. My reservation was still showing active even after I dropped it off which got me worried, and I needed to call support MULTIPLE times to get it fixed. I called Larry's twice, one guy said he'll fix it, but never did. the second guy i called didn't even know what was going on he kept saying the truck isn't in the system and its "probably fixed". I finally got the number of the local manager who I called and she was the one who ended up fixing the issue. that was 5 calls later. so not happy with the location, the app, OR the support process.
