The staff was very helpful. It was the process that I an issue with, I originally ordered my truck at a different location, I even checked a week prior to picking the truck up. On the day of pickup, I was told that I had to go to another location for the truck. Which was further than my original location. Which meant it was going to cost me more in gas. I went to the other location and they did have the truck, and I also asked them would my car transport be ready for me to pick up the next day. The next day arrives and no car transport. Whoever had it, hadn’t returned it yet. I told them that’s a you problem, not a me problem. So they found one, which again was further away from this location. Which meant, you guessed it. More gas. Remember these trucks only get about 10-12 miles per gallon lol. I finally got the transport. But the best part of this was the customer support. Five stars. Everyone that I spoke with about this and a couple of concerns. They handled it amazingly, I will say one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.

The rentals are through a Deli so I had to wait while they were making sandwich’s etc. The parking lot was flooded & muddy when dropping off & I don’t back up very well & they were unable to assist. They were nice but not a great business for renting or dropping off
DONNA WWalking into the U-Haul pickup area was slippery and unsafe, after signing for U-Haul I’m given the keys and said I’m good to go. I opened the door to have multiple roaches running around in the cab which wasn’t pleasant. When I got home I opened lifted open the door to find out there was still stuff left in there from the previous user (Card board, styrofoam, big gulp cups). Both driver and passenger doors if not forcefully slammed shut would whistle very loud going down the road. Used the truck as I needed, swept and refilled before I returned it. Notified the employee of how the process went and how unsatisfied I was with there services and nothing was done about it to help with the situation. I will not be renting from this location EVER again.

KELLY LThe trailer did not have working lights. Took.30 minutes b2fore someone was available due to double duties. Deli and rental. Don't blame the staff. They just work there. Trailer was hooked up without the emergency brake connected. When asked. They didn't know that was required or what it was for. The y also charged me for safe travel when I didn't want it for a trailer rental.
