The location is great. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The app still has a lot of issues! It often kicks you out when you go to enter how many miles you estimate you’re going to drive - and then you have to start at the beginning of the Pick Up my Truck process again. Also, the app will often not accept/recognize the drivers licence photos. For this rental, I attempted uploading the photo about 8 times - with no success. I did the chat through the app to try and resolve this. Was not helpful! The CSR just asked me to take the photo again. Was not a good experience.
