I noticed that the location was clean and inviting however they are definitely going through some renovations and it could be more inviting however, I’m sure that’s temporary. The staff were excellent, very hospitable, professional, and made me feel totally at ease. Very, very pleased with U-Haul. Thanks
PATRICIA DThis was a horrible experience it took 45 minutes to rent a truck. The app was not working properly and the receptionist had to rent the truck on my phone but I had to do most of the work. I couldn’t rent the truck and return it to another location. Absolutely horrible. The experience was so bad I don’t want to rent a truck again for U-Haul.
AMANDA KMake sure that the Gates on the trailer works properly. Maybe the previous people did not tell them. I had to have help opening and closing the gate and I have rented many many trailers from U-Haul and never had that issue. The connection on the ball had the clip missing when I brought it back so it obviously fell off from my house to the trailer location that day. The staff there were great when I picked it up.
