The young man at the pick up location was not helpful. He did not show us where the auto transport was at, he did not help us hook up the transport. He told us hook up and come to the front so I can take a picture. We told him the transport was missing the light connection he said he could probably get us one. We took it off another trailer that was there. He did not know what he was doing.

SERGIO DThe had less than half a tank of gas and back tire had low air. The lady in the front couldn’t get a hold of the representative and recommended I put air in the tire. There was an a ridiculous amount of dead bugs on the windshield and headlights. I had to clean those off myself. The inside of the truck was filthy. There was even a pair of dirty underwear in the back of the seat. It was so disgusting. I’ll never rent from this location again and might even consider finding another rental truck company the next time.
