Keys were taken from the lock box & I had already checked in & he had me waiting in an office to check in. Also he knew nothing about the checkout process, I paid at check in & they tried to charge me at check out as well as still been trying to charge my card when a U-Haul representative told me I was all set when I chatted in & I have the screenshot.
