Pick up was at 9AM. Called several times, no one showed until 9:45. If some one has agenda this goes out the window when people are late and not answering the phone.

ISRAEL DI scheduled my pickup for the trailer the day before for 9am. It was reserved and confirmed for thee reservation. I was about 10 minutes early. Tired 3 different was to get a hold of the business with no response. About 9:15 got a call back that they would be in after 10am. Picked up after 10am.
