Ruth F.When the owner says he closes at 5:30 for returning the trailer and then he goes and closes early so I was not able to return the trailer to the location I rented from. Called U-Haul's toll free number and spoke to a representative and she was able to work out another U-Haul location that I could return the trailer to. Appreciate the U-Haul representative I spoke with to take care of business and for my next rental I will be avoiding the small companies that do U-Haul rentals as a side line and stick to U-Haul locations. Sometimes nearer is not always better.
